- How soon can I expect to receive my artworks ?
Generally, the orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 days.Some products require a few finishing touches before shipment, and at times I get a little tied up catering to the on-going orders.
Once I ship your order, your products can be delivered to you within 7-10 days (for India) and 7-21 days (outside India). Unfortunately, I do not have any control over delays due to customs. - Do you deliver international orders?
Yes I deliver all over the world. As of now, for ordering, you need to email – work@shwetaektare.com.
The packaging generally takes 4-5 days and shipment takes 7-21days.
International Buyers will be responsible for any possible additional taxes or customs fees relevant to the laws of their country [this cannot be predetermined, your local postal office will contact you with the value and details once they have the package]. Returns, due to non payment of custom fees, will not be accepted. Sometimes packages can take longer than 60 days to be delivered, this is a drawback of the postal services and customs departments of our two countries involved and I will not be held responsible or liable for such delays. - What is your return policy?
I don’t accept returns.
All the artworks are packaged carefully with utmost care. However, in a rare chance they arrive damaged, you can share the photographs of the damage to me within 5 days of delivery and I will initiate the refund. You can mail me at work@shwetaektare.com
