I had presented my artwork on this auspicious day of Dusserah.

It celebrates the triumph of Goddess Durga over Mahishasura. When she killed the evil, she was offered a white lion which is represented as golden due to shining in Sun rays.

In Hindu Mythology, vahana or vehicle on which God or Goddess mount is a representation of some extraordinary power. The lion is also symbolized in all ancient civilizations as the solar, igneous, and luminous principle of life and knowledge.

As a spirit animal, the meaning of lion revolved around protection and being The Guardian.

It also has speed and power.

All that is majestic.

This powerful ruler is fearless, knows what he wants and how to get it. He teaches us how to embrace our personal power and move ahead with confidence.
